Return and Refund Policy

At Miyue, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We hope you enjoy your order! But if you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the returns process as simple as possible.

About Returns

Most of the products sold by Meyue have a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) . You can contact us at any time via service@meyue.com.tw . Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted, and the returned products must meet the following conditions.

1. Returned merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, with original tags and hygiene labels (if applicable) intact.

2. Underwear and yoga pants are private underwear and are not available for trying on. If you need to try on one-piece styles, please wear your own underwear. We do not provide trial sticking for invisible bras. Pantyhose and stockings are intimate items. If the packaging is opened or the stickers are torn, no returns will be accepted.

3. For personal hygiene reasons, please keep your body clean when trying on the underwear and pajamas. Please be careful not to get any stains from makeup, body lotion or perfume. If the product is stained with stains, body fluids, makeup, perfume, etc., or the accessories are incomplete, we will not accept returns if the above does not comply with the return regulations. Please forgive us.

4. If the product has any quality problems, please contact our after-sales customer service in time and we will bear all costs (including round-trip shipping). If it is not a quality issue, you need to pay the shipping fee yourself (the delivery fee and return fee are NT$200 in total)

About Refund

1. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved and the refund account information is correct, the refund will be made to the designated account within seven to ten working days .

2. If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at service@meyue.com.tw.
